Annual Shareholder Member Meeting and Brunch

Dear Shareholder Members of the Small Point Club,

This is your official notice of and invitation to the annual Small Point Club Shareholder Member Annual meeting on Sunday, August 22 from 10AM – noon at the Club. A brunch for Shareholders will be held immediately afterward. (Low Tide Grill will be closed)We welcome all our members to attend. It is always so valuable to hear your feedback and get your ideas for how we can best move the SP Club into the future.

Vaccinations are required.
Masking would be appreciated in light of the current situation with the Delta Covid variant, in order to ensure our young family members are protected.
Reservations are required so that we can manage numbers for staffing and safety.

Shareholders will also be voting on proposed by-law changes as outlined in the accompanying document, with final wording to follow from our attorney.

Shareholders may vote on both nominations and by-law changes by proxy, which can be downloaded here.

There are 3 ways to return the proxy to the Club:

(1) Drop the filled-out and signed proxy in the mail to:

Proxy forms delivered in person (by you or someone doing it for you) must reach the Club by end of the day, Saturday, August 14^th. Mailed proxies should arrive at the P.O. Box no later than Friday, August 20th. Scanned/emailed proxies need to arrive at the proxy@smallpointclub.com email address before 9:00 AM on August 22nd. Please be sure to sign your proxy, as we cannot accept proxies without a signature.
