Matt Davis is a marine scientist at the Maine Department of Marine Resources (DMR), and leads the Highly Migratory Species (HMS) program, which focuses on sharks and tunas within the Gulf of Maine. While the HMS program is relatively new at the DMR, it encompasses a number of exciting projects, such as an annual white shark monitoring survey.
