While You’ve Been Away…..
In collaboration with SPOC, we replaced the stairs and walkway to the beach. Shout out to the Jayne family for kindly allowing Small Pointers to access the beach across their land.
We upgraded the kitchen, adding a new dishwasher stainless-steel table, and dryer, replacing ceiling tile, and stainless steel table, and other amenities.
We made repairs to the north roof, decks, and railings, and replaced two screen doors.
We also:
- Upgraded the powder room and adjacent hall
- Installed a new retractable awning at the Low Tide Grill
- Improved Bob’s office (painting. lighting, new furniture, and a Dutch door)
Many of these repairs and improvements were made possible with generous contributions from the Small Point Club Preservation Trust.
