Sit Down on Saturday, July 1st
Buffet on Sunday, July 2nd
Cocktails and Hors d’oeuvres from 6:00-7:15
Dinner served at 7:30 SHARP on both nights
New England Clam Chowder
Fresh Maine Salmon with Lemon Caper Sauce OR Filet Mignon with a Cabernet Mushroom Sauce
Minted Green Peas and New Potatoes
Chef Rob’s Blueberry Cake

Please order your entrée selection no later than Tuesday, June 27th (for either evening)
